Direct Booking: We do not accept credit cards or debit cards for payment. However, they may be used for your refundable deposit.
Booking Partners: Booking partners accept credit and debit cards. They charge 20%. We do not.
Guests are certainly welcome to book either way.
Why such a high $500 Refundable Security DP? Because Intentional damage such as smoking inside is not covered.

We provide a highchair, Pack & Play crib, sound machine & baby bathtub for your use.
Parents must sign a waiver of responsibility for their children, an insurance company requirement.
Pack and Play requires a $35 per stay fee for use.

Dogs: We truly love our Dogs. They are the best of us and so very welcome in both the Design and Premier Apartments and in the Cabin. We permit a maximum of 2 vaccinated dogs per stay over the age of 1. We may not be able to accept every breed. We do not accept breeds specifically bred to kill including but not limited to Pitt Bulls, Pitt Bull Mixes, Akitas, and Bullmastiff, Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, American Bully, American Bulldog or Bull Terrier, etc. We will do our very best to accommodate your pup. We require 1 page of veterinary paperwork documenting vaccines. Dogs remain with you at all times or may be left alone in an apartment/cabin providing they are inside a kennel, you will return within 6 hours and dogs do not bark uncontrollably. Dogs may not disturb the peace of others. If you will be away longer, dog care may be available for you. Please make arrangements in advance so your pup is comfortable. Your dog must be leashed at all times, leash laws. You must pick up poops. Owners are required to sign a statement that their dog is not aggressive for insurance purposes as well. We have lots of space to walk your dog in front and side yards. But, your dog may NEVER enter the nature reserve. Pet owners are responsible for all damages & cleaning for which all guests automatically carry a $5,000 security deposit when booked through Airbnb. All dog owners, must contact us in advance. Owners of SD or TDs must identify as such prior to booking. Owners requesting free services are subject to additional requirements/questions and max discount limitation. Dog owners must contact us regarding your dog breed, etc. prior to booking. We do quite a lot to prep for your dog stay which takes hours of work prior to your arrival. Dog proofing/cleaning & sanitizing plus fumigation for $149 per stay per dog. We provide special carpeting & flooring and cover expensive leather furniture & bedding so you don't suffer a claim. Extended Stay America charges $390 per month for one dog. They don't give you an entire home. They don't have leather furnishings, living room, kitchen and they don't dog proof.
